WEDGE MOUNT
ALMA wedge mounts are designed for precise leveling of heavy industrial machinery, equipment, and various structures. These mounts achieve accurate leveling through three precision ground wedges. Wedges are guided and provide stable, accurate leveling under heavy load. Three machined wedges are held together by a horizontal adjusting bolt. A lock screw secures the mount in the leveled position. Keys in the sliding surfaces of the wedges ensure rigid mount construction. A special opening allows for bolting machine to the floor
CAST IRON ANTI VIBRATION LEVELING MOUNT
Heavy Duty machine leveling mounts made of cast iron,made with thick rubber vibration isolation pad bonded on the bottom, and a center jack bolt on the top for height adjustment
Specifically designed for the mounting of injection molding machines, punch presses, stamping presses, automatic stamping machines, and die casting machines, etc. Optimum load distribution due to our proven pressure plate design. Very high horizontal stability over the entire leveling range. ALMA machinery mounts with bolt are particularly suitable for all types of machinery that tend to wander. The floor anchor is not used as a safeguard against the machine from tipping.
Isolation Pad Properties - Good isolation effect when the machine is installed on a concrete floor. Very well suited for machines with highly dynamic forces.
SPRING VIBRATION ISOLATOR
ALMA Spring mounts with very low natural frequency value are primarily used for vibration absorption in a wide range of building and industrial applications that low excitation frequency vibration control is required. A single coil spring or multiple springs combined with rubber elements, at the base, is applied to increase the vibration isolation efficiency also in high frequencies that could be transmitted through the metal springs.
Antivibration spring mounts are primarily used for low frequency vibration damping. That could include applications like cooling towers, chillers, HVAC units, Power Presses, Forging Hammers, Fans, Blowers, Generating Sets, Centrifuges, Test Beds, Textile Machines, Reducing Mills and Mixers, Coal and Stone Crusher, Refrigeration Units, Pumps and Boilers etc. All types of heavy industrial machinery
Open spring vibration isolators are economical option for equipment located inside the building and not exposed to upward forces during operations.

STUD MOUNT
These ALMA vibration dampers are very versatile and can be used in a wide range of applications where simple and compact anti-vibration isolations are required.
Designed for vertical load, these mounts can accommodate shear loads at 20% of the compression load. Various configurations are available for added versatility for different installations requirements.Â
Body of the mount is made of natural rubber but specialty elastomers, sizes and thread can be made subject to minimum order quantity.
Typical applications for vibration isolation include: electric motors, pumps, generator sets, fans and blowers, control panels and other similar equipment.
CUSHTFOOT MOUNT
ALMA cushy foot is manufactured with the combinations of high quality cast iron and sandwich mounts (rubber to metal bond). when a machine is installed on ALMA cushy foot, the sandwich mounts inside are loaded in compression and shear. These pads have provision to be anchored to the ground through the holes provided in the foot/ base of the machine. An anti skid rubber is also provided at the bottom of the mount to grip with the floor.
Our cushy foot is a multipurpose anti vibration pads almost used in all industrial machinery. ALMA cushy foot offers high load capacity and long service life as compared to other cushy foot/ flexi foot available in market. Rubber cast iron gives high stability to the machinery. SANDWICH MOUNT
ALMA Sandwich Mount comprise of rubber sections sandwiched or bonded between metal plates. It can be loaded directly in compression or shear, or combination of both.
The rugged construction and high load carrying capacity of Sandwich Mounts are widely used for mounting engines in road vehicles and mobile construction plant.
Also, available in large sizes used as vehicle suspension springs and as mounting for acoustic chambers, hoppers and various types of heavy installation.
